Saturno Records lands in Californian coasts bringing under their arm this 10” debut, from this new youngsters band, the kings of beach parties, pool parties and bongo parties from the West Coast… The Hysterians!
Will, Tim and Kevin are three young fellows from San Jose that, in spite of their youth, they have a wide background in other bands from the fizzy garage-pop californian scene, as The Rantouls or The Saucy Jacks.
The three of them formed this brand-new, exciting band, The Hysterians, one of the most curious and promising north-american garage bands from today.
The key of this irresistible release, that contains 6 original tunes, is the contradiction that characterizes this band: On one hand, that open, fresh and heterodox attitude like The Black Lips or NoBunny, this spirit of do it yourself. On the other hand, they have their sight set on the best 60’s garage and rhythm & blues from across the pond.

From Saturno we declare ourselves absolute Hysterians fans! We still don’t know if they’ll have the same luck as their neighbours Chocolate Watch Band. Only time will tell. For now we’re proud to introduce you to this impressive diamond in the rough.
