Four years of existence were enough for Los Bichos to show that they were (and still are) one of the largest Spanish groups (Pamplona) of all time. Starting from Punk, Glam, and Australian groups such as Scientists or Birthday Party, they created a strange and unique world regardless of any label and movement. "Color hits" (1989), his first LP, received impressive criticism from the most specialized press, which surrendered to the surprising originality and the number of hits it housed. His second album, the double LP "Bitter pink" (1991), contained 27 songs (with versions of Serge Gainsbourg, Alex Chilton and Phil Spector) suffocating, intense and noisy. His third, and last work, "My deaf pink love" (1991), a mini-LP signed as Josetxo, was recorded in France and released by Munster Records, the Los Bichos fan-label. More immediate and raw songs were recorded for the occasion including a cover of Lee Hazlewood's "Sand". Now, Munster Records sees a dream come true, that of compiling one of his favorite bands on a double CD entitled "1991 - 1989", all supervised by Josetxo Ezponda himself, who selected the 36 most representative songs of the band according to his criteria. , and wrote the real story of Los Bichos in 10 chapters that are accompanied by a number of photos and graphic material unpublished to date.
