The first Lp of the Baltimore Stents bears the generic title of the studio where it was recorded, “Invisible Sounds”, located in the same city of Maryland. It is a magnificent album, which contains ten dazzling songs, released by the Spanish labels KOTJ Records and Ghost Highway Recordings in 2016, with a retrofuturist cover by Marcel Bontempi. The album culminates the excellent melodic and rhythmic work carried out by this rock and roll quartet. After several essential singles, licensed by Hidden Volume, they present this album in which details of "garage", punk, instro surf and powerpop are mixed with a skill that combines simplicity with mastery. Lovers of “chicken nachos”, these great musicians, with families plus children, are still at their age, over forty, doing what they like with an undoubted power of conviction, not only in the studio but also in their acclaimed live shows.
