Superb performance recorded for radio broadcast, restored and remastered where Lou Reed plays 7 tracks from his latest album alongside songs from "Transformer", "Berlin" , "Sally Can't Dance" and "Coney island baby" as well as some excellent VELVET UNDERGROUND thrown in for good measure. Absolutely killer live performance at high quality of sound and released on triple trifold LP vinyl albums with extensive liner notes by Jaime Gonzalo and by Nina Antonia, and including previously unseen photography courtesy of Bob Bery and super rare live posters and mag covers from those days courtesy of Jaime Gonzalo. An extremely rare edition limited to 500 copies only in Europe, released under license from Easy Action Records. The band:- LOU REED, vocals & guitar- MICHAEL FONFARA, keyboards- BRUCE YAW, bass- MARTY FOGEL, sax- MICHAEL SUCHORSKY, drums. Recorded at Civic theatre, Akron, Ohio (USA), october 23rd, 1976.
